What’s up guys welcome back to my channel today. I thought I’d do a morning routine So I went to sleep last night around 11:00 I usually have 8 hours sleep then you should I get up around 7 to 7:30 and I use sleep cycles So suicide would just kind of wake you up at your lightest point of sleep So you don’t kind of feel really groggy when you get up so that’s been super helpful but other than that I do not use my phone Like I have a 30 minute rule before going to sleep and after waking up Not to use my phone because I think it actually really impacted the quality of my sleep like my mind was just so on If I don’t sleep, I’m just other mask eyes of such a mess I also have a pillow that has been amazing for sleep and The bird is fiber sight, I mean his pillow legit has like changed on how well I sleep my healthy morning routine realistic It depends how seriously you want to take a sleep if you’re actually sleeping really well how you are at the moment Stick with that pillow But if you feel like you’re really not having like a good night’s sleep and just have a look investing in something whether it’s like a duvet or a pillow or a mattress just to kind of enhance your sleep because I think Like I mentioned in my sleep video it is something that it’s just so underappreciated nowadays So yeah, it is really really important to have a good quality sleep Just lying here is we want to scream again? Yeah If you do like this video hit the subscribe button and we’ll get straight into it one thing I always try and ensure before I go to bed is that the whole place is clean just because then when you wake up Everything’s clean in the morning You’d have to worry about it so much breakfast, very easy depends on how busy I am if I really eat Cereal because it’s like super easy that’s like no practice at all.
But today I have a little bit more time So I’m gonna make some Biggles we’ve smashed down kool-aid and something else. I don’t know. I’m a tree making this up on the spot so if your practice I always have like a really big meal because I just like to feel full and just done with it until Lunchtime and I don’t also like doing anything fast it like not even reading a book fasted Like I can’t do that Two reasons why I drink tea one if I’m a old like today and two where was that one or two and two if I am at someone’s house and it is a criminal offense not to drink tea because believe it or not in Many English households.
It is actually an offense and it’s vented to them if you turn down T So that’s the only time when I feel peer pressured literally peer pressured to drink tea Other than that no fam hot chocolate. Love hot water Just tends to burn my mouth so much Why don’t you like taste? Like my new routine where I don’t look at my phone I have started reading a few more books This is actually called like great journeys So it’s all about some of the best journeys in the world like historical journeys and things like that.
That’ll take me 20 minutes I mean, I do look at the news but as later on in the day when you know Like I want to start off feeling inspired and creative And then when I can stomach it I’ll watch the news and I always I not feel like my most positive when I’ve been reading things that kind of cheer me up or just like look really inspiring or things that I Am probably cooled down now to night Temperature it’s just that the taste.
Yeah, it’s just I don’t know why people with English thing. Taste nice Hot water doesn’t taste nice hot chocolate on the other hand very nice, but it doesn’t quite cure a cold does it? Right now I have nothing on my skin and usually in the morning all our use is like a Simple face wash just cuz it’s kind of moisturizing.
It’s not too harsh Then I put on like a toner and calendula toner with my friend recommended to me my healthy morning routine realistic I feel like with skin is Tyler Nana because Everyone’s skin is different things gonna work for different people So this is what’s working for me and do the toner Then I use the buff a from the ordinary which is kind of like oh, this is a perfect time to do this Oh, it works.
So well, I think it just hydrates I dunno they don’t have anything on this packaging and tell me what it does, honestly I think the thing that saw this most to me was like the fact that it’s like a drop like a job thing and very very fun And then I just put like an SPF 50 is very extreme, especially in the UK But I can’t find another one that I like more.
So, you know, I’m quite happy to stay as I am I’m not getting a tan at all so I can kind of turn now so into Sri Lanka bar Usually I look very pale but it’s cool. I kind of embrace it in terms of foundation I don’t really put anything on unless I’m going like properly out just because I feel like it just ruins my skin and I’m too lazy to take it off so it gets cold and all of these things So I just kind of go.
Oh not trowel. My eyelashes are already done So that kind of saves me a hell of a lot of time. Actually, they kind of need redoing because it’s pass Yeah, other than that, that’s kind of my beauty routine I know it’s super boring.
But that’s what it is a lot of the time. I just kind of try and Maximize how productive I can be in the day So I try not to have like an extensive beauty routine or like an elaborate makeup Which is completely fine if you guys love that and it’s such an art and I admire it and I respect it But just for me like I just feel like oh so much other stuff going on I just can’t quite prioritize that at the moment So yeah, I would tend to just get in and out of the bathroom and they’ve just going straight to work done Brush my teeth read my inspirational books or in had breakfast and stuff like that They might start planning for the day Mario likes to write stuff in a sauna and even though I respect that I mean It’s quite a useful app and you can kind of break down loads of topics and who’s doing them and have like dates and everything I just feel like I can’t see things in that view.
Like I need a calendar Day by day like this is what needs to be done and then I can see it all laid out So I just kind of fill everything in and I always write in a pencil because I know I know That it’s probably going to change much to my despair.
Like I don’t like change I don’t like things changing once they’ve been planned That’s one thing I really struggle with but you know, you never learn so that’s what I do I usually write everything that I need to be done in the day, but there’s just an element of writing stuff down In pencil or pen and that I really like so yeah That’s what I always do and I feel like that helps me structure my day and have like the most productive day That I can have so now I’ve written everything that I need to do I need to start getting change get ready and actually do those things.
Otherwise, they won’t get done So yeah, I need to go get changed I need to get my stuff ready and then we can start a day and it’ll be a good day The thing is I never actually know what I’m gonna do it until I can plan the day out today I have meetings.
I do need to wrap up warm and one thing that I do just avoid like any Time wasted is to make sure that everything is really organized. So underwear here trousers here So I’m just gonna wear some black jeans and then I’m gonna put like a white top on like this And then like hopes over there, so I’m just gonna get changed my healthy morning routine realistic Basically for that shot I’ll envisage me changing to three different outfits and then seamlessly walking as I change outfits to leave the door What’s now happened is that I have a meeting in 20 minutes.
